
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Are you a highly organized and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking to join a dynamic and innovative team? Philip Morris International (PMI) is looking for a motivated individual to join its Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join us in our mission to transform the tobacco industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to join a fast-paced and growing organization.To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, with experience in full-cycle recruitment and/or HR. You must possess superb communication and interpersonal skills, be an excellent negotiator, and have a strong customer service orientation. You must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, possess excellent organizational and project management skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, you must have experience with applicant tracking systems, strong computer skills, and knowledge of employment law and regulations. A bachelors' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit top talent to join the team in order to achieve the mission of transforming the tobacco industry.
- Maintain full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, making offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Negotiate offers with candidates and provide support throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and computer skills to manage recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on employment law and regulations.
- Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proactively manage multiple tasks and projects while exhibiting excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive candidate experience.
