
Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a passionate and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team at Philip Morris International. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing recruitment activities for our wide range of positions.To be successful in this role, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process. You should have superb communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that will help recruit top talent for Philip Morris International.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Source, identify, and screen potential candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and execute recruitment activities such as job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and track recruitment activity and provide reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
