Job Description

At Philip Morris International, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sustainability Manager to join our team and help promote a culture of environmental sustainability. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce our environmental impact while simultaneously improving our operational efficiency.The ideal candidate should have a degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in the sustainability field. You should be highly organized with a knack for analyzing and solving complex problems, and have excellent communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce environmental impact and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Analyze and solve complex sustainability-related problems.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sustainability initiatives are successful.
  4. Monitor and report on sustainability performance and progress.
  5. Represent the company in sustainability-related forums and events.
  6. Research and recommend best practices for sustainability.
  7. Develop and implement sustainability education and training programs.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and standards.
  10. Develop and maintain sustainability policies, procedures, and standards.
