Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and monitor current supply chain operations to identify areas of improvement
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies to optimize supply chain operations
3. Design and implement supply chain plans to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
4. Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels
5. Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
6. Establish and monitor key performance indicators for supply chain operations
7. Develop and manage customer service policies and procedures
8. Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers
9. Monitor changes in the supply chain environment and adjust plans accordingly
10. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
