  1. Coordinate and support multiple squads within the organization, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between teams.

  7. Monitor and track squad performance, providing regular updates to management on project progress and results.
  8. Act as a liaison between squads and other departments or stakeholders within the company.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within squads.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends and developments and use this knowledge to contribute to the company's mission of creating a smoke-free future.
