  10. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of data and analytics solutions.
  12. Identify and mitigate risks in data and analytics projects.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation of data and analytics solutions.
  14. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance the company's data and analytics capabilities.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve existing data and analytics processes and systems.
  16. Stay current with emerging data and analytics technologies and methodologies to drive innovation within the company.
  17. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making and promote the use of data and analytics across the organization.
  18. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and capabilities in data and analytics.
  19. Take ownership of data and analytics projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Data And Analytics: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Data And Analytics, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Data-Driven Solutions.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Solution Architect Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, And Advanced Analytics Techniques. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In A Variety Of Programming Languages, Databases, And Data Manipulation Tools.

  • Business Acumen: The Role Of A Solution Architect Is Not Just Limited To Technical Expertise; They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions. They Should Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Data-Driven Decision Making And Provide Strategic Recommendations To Drive Business Growth.

  • Team Management Skills: As A Solution Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Data Engineers, Analysts, And Scientists. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Delegate Tasks, And Ensure Project Success.

  • Industry Knowledge: Having Knowledge And Experience In The Tobacco Industry Or Consumer Goods Industry Is A Plus. Familiarity With The Industry's Data Landscape, Regulatory Requirements, And Best Practices Will Enable The Candidate To Design And Implement Solutions That Are Tailored To The Organization's Specific Needs.
