  1. Develop and implement creative and effective social media strategies to promote our brand and products.
  2. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  3. Monitor social media platforms for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with our target audience.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  5. Analyze and report on social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and industry developments to continuously improve our social media presence.
  7. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other relevant partners to expand our social media reach.
  9. Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
  10. Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all social media content and campaigns adhere to company policies and regulations.
  11. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or risks related to social media activities.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  14. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives.
  15. Represent the company's values and vision in all social media interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proficiency In Social Media Platforms Such As Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, And Linkedin.

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Inform Strategy.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Create Engaging And Brand-Appropriate Content.
