  1. Develop and lead the implementation of the Service Now platform for Philip Morris International, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs and adhere to industry best practices.
  3. Create and maintain the solution architecture for the Service Now platform, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and efficiency.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of solutions within the agreed timeline and budget.
  5. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in service management, and make recommendations for their implementation to continuously improve the platform.
  6. Conduct regular reviews and audits of the platform to identify any areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  7. Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders, building strong relationships and promoting collaboration.
  8. Mentor and train team members on the use of the Service Now platform and best practices for solution architecture.
  9. Work closely with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless integration of systems and services.
  10. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security standards to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of company data.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the company's mission of creating a smoke-free future.

  • Extensive Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions On The Service Now Platform, With A Focus On It Service Management And It Operations Management Modules.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Service Now Projects And Delivering High-Quality Solutions Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Service Now Best Practices, Architecture, And Integration Capabilities, Including Experience With Custom Application Development And Integrations Using Rest And Soap Apis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And How They Can Be Implemented And Optimized Within The Service Now Platform, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Guidance And Recommendations To Improve Processes And Workflows.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. Experience In Mentoring And Coaching Junior Team Members Is Also Desired.
