Job Description

At Philip Morris International, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate will bring a passion for sales and customer service, as well as the knowledge and experience necessary to thrive in this role.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, establish long-term relationships, and identify new business opportunities.We are looking for a Sales Representative who is able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure the success of the company. To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field• 3+ years of direct sales experience in the tobacco industry• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed• High level of motivation and a positive attitudeIf you are ready to take on an exciting and rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales and revenue goals • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships • Identify new business opportunities • Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers • Analyze customer data and develop targeted sales plans • Prepare and present sales presentations to customers • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports • Travel to meet with customers and attend trade shows as needed • Maintain a high level of motivation and a positive attitude

Compensation
