Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive customer satisfaction.
  2. Create and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to address issues and increase customer satisfaction.
  4. Analyze sales trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.
  6. Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase sales.
  7. Negotiate contracts with customers.
  8. Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales activity.
  9. Manage customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Participate in trade shows, conventions, and other promotional events.
  11. Remain up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.
  12. Drive to customer locations as needed.
