
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
At Philip Morris International (PMI), we are searching for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our Regulatory Affairs team. We are looking for an individual with a passion for regulatory and compliance excellence, who is motivated to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of PMI’s regulatory compliance requirements.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field and at least 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs. They must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. The successful candidate must also demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.If you are a highly organized individual and have the necessary qualifications, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely implementation of PMI's regulatory compliance requirements.
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and identify potential compliance issues.
- Develop and maintain regulatory strategies and processes to ensure compliance.
- Create and review documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues on regulatory issues.
- Prepare and submit regulatory applications and ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Manage and track regulatory timelines and milestones.
- Maintain records and ensure accuracy of regulatory information.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry trends.
