Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team at Philip Morris International. We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong interest in regulatory compliance who possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Regulatory Affairs team, responsible for assisting with the management of regulatory programs and overseeing the implementation of regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, etc.) as well as several years of experience in regulatory affairs. Additionally, the successful candidate must have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential, as is the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively. The Regulatory Affairs Specialist must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the management of regulatory programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Interpret regulatory requirements and communicate them effectively.
  3. Research and analyze pertinent regulatory issues.
  4. Develop and implement strategies for regulatory compliance.
  5. Prepare and submit regulatory documents to local and international regulatory agencies.
  6. Monitor and report on regulatory developments and trends.
  7. Keep abreast of changes to regulatory requirements and advise relevant stakeholders accordingly.
  8. Liaise with regulatory authorities and other external stakeholders on regulatory matters.
  9. Assist with the review and assessment of product labels and packaging.
  10. Facilitate the resolution of regulatory queries and issues.
