Job Description

Philip Morris International is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our world-class Regulatory Affairs team. We require a professional with a keen interest in the tobacco industry and a strong understanding of the regulatory environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to some of the most exciting projects in the industry and work with a team of industry experts.The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will be responsible for providing regulatory support to a wide range of projects, including product launches, renewals, and variations. This individual will ensure that all projects comply with applicable regulations and standards and will provide guidance to cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Compliance, or Science. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulatory role and will demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory environment in the tobacco industry. Knowledge of the latest regulatory developments at the national and international level is essential.We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting and must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide regulatory support to a wide range of projects, including product launches, renewals, and variations.
  2. Ensure all projects comply with applicable regulations and standards.
  3. Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements.
  4. Monitor and report on regulatory developments at the national and international level.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Maintain a keen interest in the tobacco industry.
  7. Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  8. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including colleagues, regulatory bodies, and customers.
  9. Work independently as well as in a team setting.
  10. Adhere to established project timelines and budgets.
