
Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Philip Morris International (PMI) is seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for understanding and maintaining regulatory requirements to ensure compliance of PMI’s products. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in regulatory procedures and possess strong analytical and communication skills. If you have a passion for regulatory affairs and a commitment to making a positive impact at PMI, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Science, or related field- 5+ years of regulatory experience in the tobacco or food industry- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents- Proven experience in regulatory compliance- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze regulatory changes to ensure PMI's products remain in compliance.
- Prepare and manage regulatory submissions in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement regulatory strategies and plans.
- Provide regulatory advice and guidance to other departments in PMI.
- Research and evaluate new and existing products and processes to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of regulatory activities.
- Develop and present regulatory training materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as regulatory agencies, industry associations, and other industry experts.
- Represent PMI at regulatory meetings and conferences.
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.
