Job Description

  1. Manage and enhance employee benefits programs: The P&ED Specialist - Benefits will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other wellness initiatives.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulations: The specialist will be expected to have a strong understanding of benefits regulations and ensure that all programs and policies are in compliance with local and federal laws.
  3. Develop and implement new benefits initiatives: As part of the mission to create a smoke-free future, the specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing new benefits initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
  4. Analyze and evaluate benefits programs: The specialist will regularly review and analyze the effectiveness of current benefits programs and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  5. Communicate benefits information to employees: The specialist will be responsible for effectively communicating benefits information to employees, including enrollment periods, plan changes, and other important updates.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The P&ED Specialist - Benefits will work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient benefits program.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices: The specialist will be expected to stay informed on the latest industry trends and best practices in employee benefits to ensure that the company's benefits offerings remain competitive.
  8. Manage relationships with benefits providers: The specialist will be responsible for managing relationships with benefits providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the best possible services for employees.
  9. Provide excellent customer service: The specialist will be the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits, and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions.
  10. Continuously improve employee well-being: The ultimate goal of the P&ED Specialist - Benefits is to contribute to the overall well-being of employees by providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. This includes constantly seeking ways to improve the benefits offerings and ensuring employees are satisfied with their benefits.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Large Multinational Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local And International Benefits Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefits Information To Employees At All Levels.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Benefits Strategies And Programs That Align With The Company's Overall Goals And Objectives.
