
Operations Manager
Philip Morris International (PMI) is looking for an experienced, motivated and highly organized Operations Manager to join our team. This position requires an individual with advanced problem solving skills, an eye for detail and an understanding of the changing demands of the industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all staff and processes are running efficiently and effectively. This individual will work closely with upper-level management to create plans and strategies for improvement, implement new processes and procedures, and help promote a culture of excellence within the company. The Operations Manager must be able to lead, mentor and motivate team members to ensure that all goals are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and have a passion for leading people and projects to success.
