At Philip Morris International, we are looking for a motivated and energetic Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced professional who is able to work both independently and collaboratively. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, be able to think critically, and have a proven record of success in managing operations.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Additionally, at least five years of experience in an operations management role is required. Strong knowledge of operations and supply chain management principles is essential, and experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is desirable.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. You must also be highly organized and have the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company.
  2. Lead a team of operations staff, mentoring and providing guidance to develop their skills.
  3. Plan, develop, and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  4. Develop and maintain effective partnerships with vendors and suppliers.
  5. Monitor and evaluate performance of operational staff and processes.
  6. Establish and maintain operational goals and objectives.
  7. Implement and maintain a system for tracking and reporting operational performance.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
  10. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
