  1. Develop and implement effective compliance programs in line with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  2. Lead a team of compliance professionals and provide guidance and support in executing their responsibilities.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are understood and integrated into business processes.
  4. Conduct regular monitoring and audits to assess compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  6. Stay updated on changes in regional regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes.
  7. Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders regarding compliance program effectiveness and any identified issues.
  8. Develop and deliver compliance training to all relevant employees.
  9. Investigate and address any compliance violations or breaches.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external partners.
  11. Provide guidance and support to the company's regional markets on compliance matters.
  12. Drive a culture of ethical business practices and promote a smoke-free future.
  13. Collaborate with other compliance teams within the company to share best practices and ensure consistency.
  14. Regularly report on compliance program effectiveness to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
  15. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Compliance Monitoring Or Auditing Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Local And International Regulations And Laws Related To The Tobacco Industry.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
