  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and products to identify and address any quality issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and targets, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
  4. Investigate and address customer complaints or concerns related to product quality in a timely and effective manner.
  5. Maintain and update all quality-related documentation and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  6. Train and mentor quality assurance staff to ensure a high level of understanding and compliance with quality standards.
  7. Proactively identify areas for improvement in quality processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and developments in quality assurance to ensure the company remains at the forefront of best practices.
  9. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on quality assurance performance and recommendations for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  11. Monitor and report on key quality assurance metrics to measure and track performance.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of new products and processes by ensuring quality standards are met.
  13. Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  14. Ensure all quality assurance activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of the company's mission, values, and goals to effectively contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Quality Assurance, Engineering, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Processes, And Tools, Such As Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, And Statistical Process Control.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.

  • Experience In The Tobacco Industry Or Other Highly Regulated Industries, With A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
