- Conduct thorough and accurate research on patent laws, regulations, and industry trends to support the company's legal strategies.
- Draft and review patent applications, responses to office actions, and other legal documents with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external legal counsel, and government agencies to ensure compliance with patent laws and regulations.
- Provide legal counsel and support to various departments within the company on patent-related matters.
- Analyze patent portfolios and competitor patents to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
- Monitor and analyze changes in patent laws and regulations, and communicate potential impacts to the company.
- Participate in patent litigation proceedings, including conducting legal research, preparing documents, and assisting with case management.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of patents and patent-related documents.

Bachelor's Degree In Law Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Patent Law, Preferably Within The Tobacco Industry
Strong Understanding Of Patent Laws And Regulations, Both Domestic And International
Excellent Research And Analytical Skills
Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
