  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) and drive customer satisfaction.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and communities to enhance brand loyalty and reputation.
  3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of NPS initiatives.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience and community engagement.
  6. Lead and motivate a team to achieve NPS and community engagement goals.
  7. Develop and manage budgets for NPS and community initiatives.
  8. Communicate NPS and community engagement goals and progress to senior leadership.
  9. Foster a culture of customer-centricity and community involvement within the organization.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to customer experience and community engagement.
