  1. Support the Employee Lifecycle Experience Team in various HR initiatives and projects.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  4. Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the employee experience.
  5. Help plan and organize events and activities to promote employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
  6. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  7. Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR documents, including policies, procedures, and employee communications.
  8. Participate in team meetings and provide input and ideas to enhance the employee experience.
  9. Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the team in achieving its goals.
  10. Embody the company values and actively contribute to the mission of creating a smoke-free future.

Job Qualifications
  • Relevant Education: A Candidate For The Intern In Employee Lifecycle Experience Team Position At Philip Morris International Should Have A Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Will Provide A Strong Foundation For Understanding The Principles And Practices Of Employee Lifecycle Management.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Key Hr Functions, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, And Employee Development. This Knowledge Will Enable The Intern To Effectively Contribute To The Team's Efforts In Enhancing The Employee Experience At Philip Morris International.

  • Analytical Skills: The Intern Should Have Strong Analytical Skills, Including The Ability To Collect, Interpret, And Synthesize Data Related To Employee Lifecycle Management. This Will Be Essential In Identifying Areas For Improvement And Making Data-Driven Recommendations To Enhance The Employee Experience.

  • Communication Skills: The Intern Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. This Will Be Critical In Collaborating With Team Members, Interacting With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization, And Presenting Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: The Intern Should Be Adaptable And Able To Thrive In A Fast-Paced And Constantly Changing Environment. This Role Will Require The Ability To Work On Multiple Projects Simultaneously And To Quickly Pivot To Address Emerging Needs And Priorities Within The Employee Lifecycle Experience Team.
