- Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data governance needs and develop solutions to improve data quality and security.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data governance policies and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze data usage and identify potential data quality issues.
- Develop and implement data governance training programs for employees to ensure understanding and adherence to policies.
- Manage data access and security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data governance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead data governance initiatives and projects, working closely with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues on data governance matters.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data governance requirements are incorporated into system design and development.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data lineage documentation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external data providers and vendors.
- Prepare reports and presentations on data governance metrics and progress to senior management.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Management, Data Governance, Or Data Quality Roles
Strong Understanding Of Data Governance Principles And Best Practices
Experience With Data Governance Tools And Technologies, Such As Collibra Or Informatica
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Data Governance Issues Efficiently.
