- Manage and develop a team of coaches to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support employees in their professional growth.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing ongoing support, feedback, and training to coaches.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify coaching needs and effectively address them.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of coaches, providing regular feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure that coaches are adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external coaching resources to stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the company's coaching strategy.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new coaches, ensuring that they possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
- Collaborate with other managers to identify coaching opportunities and develop targeted coaching plans for employees.
- Drive results by setting clear goals and expectations for the coaching team and holding them accountable for their performance.
- Act as a role model for the coaching team by demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to the company's values and vision.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the coaching program, making necessary adjustments to ensure its success.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing A Team Of Coaches Or Trainers In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Diverse Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Coaching Methodologies And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
