  1. Manage and develop a team of coaches to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support employees in their professional growth.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values.
  3. Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing ongoing support, feedback, and training to coaches.
  4. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify coaching needs and effectively address them.

  9. Collaborate with other managers to identify coaching opportunities and develop targeted coaching plans for employees.
  10. Drive results by setting clear goals and expectations for the coaching team and holding them accountable for their performance.
  11. Act as a role model for the coaching team by demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to the company's values and vision.
  12. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the coaching program, making necessary adjustments to ensure its success.

Job Qualifications
