- Lead and supervise a team of brand managers and coordinators to ensure the successful execution of brand strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of brand plans, including budget allocation, brand positioning, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and research, to develop and implement integrated brand strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks for the brand.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company standards across all marketing and communication channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and agencies.
- Present brand performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate brand performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when needed.

Experience In Brand Management: The Ideal Candidate For A Brand Team Supervisor At Philip Morris International Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Consumer Goods Or Tobacco Industry. This Experience Should Include Developing And Implementing Successful Brand Strategies, Managing Product Launches, And Conducting Market Analysis.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Brand Team Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Brand Managers And Coordinating With Cross-Functional Teams.
