- Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to showcase brand performance and retail initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail strategies, making adjustments as needed to drive optimal results.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all retail channels.
- Develop and implement training programs for retail staff to ensure brand and product knowledge.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and make recommendations for differentiating our brands in the retail space.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all retail-related regulations.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to enhance the retail experience for our customers and drive brand loyalty.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management Or Retail Management
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior And Market Trends
Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Retail Strategies
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Manage A Team Effectively
