
Title HR Manager - Compensation & HRIS
At Philadelphia Gas Works, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager - Compensation & HRIS to join our team. As the HR Manager - Compensation & HRIS, you will play a critical role in managing and administering all aspects of the organization's compensation and HRIS functions. We are looking for someone with a high level of expertise in the areas of compensation, benefits, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and laws, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on Philadelphia Gas Works' compensation and HRIS programs, we would love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field* 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, and/or HRIS* Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders* Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all aspects of the organization's compensation and HRIS functions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Advise and counsel stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and HRIS policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Monitor and analyze competitive compensation and benefit offerings.
- Develop and implement HRIS systems and processes.
- Create and manage reports related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure the accuracy of data.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits.
- Develop and implement training programs related to compensation and benefits.

Bachelor's Degree In Business

Minimum Of Years Of Experience In Human Resources
Excellent Knowledge Of Compensation Practices
Proven Experience In Hris Systems
Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills
