Title HR Manager - Compensation & HRIS

6. Develop and implement HRIS systems and processes.
7. Create and manage reports related to compensation and benefits.
8. Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to ensure the accuracy of data.
9. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits.
10. Develop and implement training programs related to compensation and benefits.
