Job Description

The Oracle Financial Administration Manager is responsible for the functional maintenance and support of the Oracle Financial System. Act as the primary contact for Oracle and Noetix end-users on program functionality, processes, and as a secondary contact for procurement procedures; troubleshoots, analyzes and develops solutions to user issues. Maintain, develop, and enhance Oracle Application programs, processes, and interfaces. Work with Information Services to perform application testing. Assist in the development of guidelines and procedures to document month-end closing processes of all the Oracle modules as well as with account, financial analysis and year end audit reports. Review PGW business practices to ensure most effective applications are utilized within the Oracle modules.

Job Qualifications

5+ years’ experience working with Oracle System Administration
3+ years of enterprise report writing experience utilizing one or more report writing applications including Noetix and Spreadsheet Server.
Knowledge and understanding of customer satisfaction basics with the ability to apply concepts in the process of servicing the customer.
