  1. Lead the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions to support global real estate investment strategies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
  3. Design and architect scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that align with business objectives and comply with industry standards.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  5. Develop and maintain a technology roadmap to support the future growth and success of the firm.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and optimize technology solutions.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and priorities.
  9. Evaluate and select vendors and partners to ensure the best technology solutions for the firm.
  10. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
  11. Identify and mitigate risks associated with technology solutions and projects.
  12. Communicate effectively with senior leadership and present technology solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  13. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security protocols.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.
  15. Act as a thought leader, advocating for the use of technology to drive business growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Software Development And Solution Architecture.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Real Estate Industry, Including Real Estate Investment, Asset Management, And Property Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Large-Scale, Complex Software Solutions.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, And Developers.
