Valuation Analyst

PGIM Real Estate is looking for a motivated and experienced Valuation Analyst to join our team and help drive the success of our organization. In this role, you will play a key part in providing timely, accurate, and reliable valuations of commercial real estate assets. Our ideal candidate will have a background in finance and/or real estate and a high degree of analytical and quantitative skills. You should be comfortable working with large datasets and distilling complex information into meaningful insights. The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication skills, as they will be expected to present findings and interact with clients on a regular basis. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and value commercial real estate assets using a variety of methods and techniques.
2. Conduct market research and financial analysis of current and potential investments.
3. Monitor changes in the real estate market and assess their impact on existing and potential investments.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other relevant industry contacts.
6. Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices.
7. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure accurate and timely valuations.
8. Adhere to all applicable standards and regulations related to the valuation process.
