Valuation Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Valuation Analyst to join our PGIM Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of success in the real estate industry and a passion for delivering high quality, accurate valuations. This role will require a motivated and organized individual, able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of real estate valuation experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. This individual should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, and experience with ARGUS is a plus. The successful candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and appraise real estate properties to determine accurate valuations.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Utilize MS Excel and ARGUS software to analyze and report on market trends and financial data.
4. Prepare and present comprehensive valuation reports.
5. Adhere to applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
6. Research and monitor real estate market trends to assess risk and opportunities.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of valuation services.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, news, and best practices.
9. Maintain organized records of all property appraisals.
