Valuation Analyst

As a Valuation Analyst, you will be responsible for performing sophisticated financial analysis and creating detailed reports to support our clients’ real estate strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with other professionals to interpret and evaluate financial information, develop comprehensive valuation models, and produce accurate reports.To be successful in this position, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience in the real estate or financial services industry.
