Valuation Analyst

At PGIM Real Estate, we’re looking for a Valuation Analyst with exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing valuation analysis of commercial real estate investments across all property types and geographies. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, helping to ensure that our portfolio is accurately valued and reported.To be successful in this role, you should have an educational background in real estate, finance, or economics, preferably with a degree in one of these fields. You should also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to think through complex problems. Finally, you must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

1. Perform valuation analysis of commercial real estate investments across all property types and geographies.
2. Ensure the accuracy of portfolio valuation and reporting.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as appraisers, brokers, and consultants.
4. Utilize financial modeling tools to provide accurate valuations.
5. Analyze market trends and make recommendations for portfolio adjustments.
6. Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance.
7. Prepare analyses and reports for senior management.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate valuation reports.
9. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in commercial real estate.
