Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Valuation Analyst at PGIM Real Estate. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing valuations and investment analysis to support the underwriting process. Responsibilities:

• Provide valuations and investment analysis to support the underwriting process. • Utilize financial analysis and modeling to provide insights and recommendations. • Analyze financial and market data to develop valuations and investment strategies. • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials to clearly communicate financial analysis results. • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues. • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects. • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments. • Maintain accurate records of financial analysis and valuations. • Adhere to internal policies and procedures.
