  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain business systems to ensure accurate and efficient data collection and reporting.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  4. Continuously monitor and improve data quality and integrity.
  5. Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
  6. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management.
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of new technology and systems to support business objectives.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and technology.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with data or systems to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Train and support users on new systems and processes.
  11. Develop and maintain documentation related to data analysis and business systems.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance efficiency through automation and innovation.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues on data analytics and business systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Or Systems Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Python, And Other Programming Languages Used For Data Analysis And Visualization.

  • Understanding Of Real Estate Industry And Knowledge Of Data Relevant To The Industry, Such As Property Valuation And Market Trends.

  • Experience With Data Warehouse Design And Management, As Well As Data Modeling And Etl Processes.
