- Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions that support the real estate investment business operations.
- Collaborate with team members to design, implement, and test new technology solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met in all infrastructure development and maintenance.
- Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure systems and processes.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to infrastructure systems and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party solutions into the infrastructure.
- Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Continuously analyze and improve infrastructure processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any concerns.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed-upon deadlines.

Extensive Experience In Infrastructure Development: The Senior Infrastructure Developer Must Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Maintaining Complex Infrastructure Systems. This Includes Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Troubleshooting Infrastructure Solutions For Large-Scale Projects.
Expertise In Multiple Operating Systems: Candidates Must Have A Strong Understanding And Working Knowledge Of Multiple Operating Systems, Including Windows, Linux, And Unix. They Should Also Have Experience With Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware And Hyper-V.
Proficiency In Programming And Scripting Languages: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And C++, As Well As Scripting Languages Like Powershell And Bash. This Knowledge Is Essential For Automating Tasks And Creating Custom Solutions.
Familiarity With Cloud Computing: The Senior Infrastructure Developer Should Have Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms Like Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud. They Should Be Able To Design And Deploy Infrastructure Solutions In The Cloud And Have A Strong Understanding Of Cloud Security And Governance.
Strong Communication And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Senior Infrastructure Developer Will Be Responsible For Leading And Coordinating Projects With Other Team Members And Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.
