- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all positions within the company, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and new hires.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Administer benefits packages and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and recognizing employee achievements.
- Handle employee grievances and conduct investigations as needed.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Serve as a resource for employees on all HR-related matters and provide timely and effective support.
- Mentor and train junior HR staff members and assist with their professional development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Real Estate Or Financial Services Company.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeo.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience Managing Employee Relations Issues, Including Performance Management, Disciplinary Actions, And Investigations.
