  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices within the real estate investment management industry
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and proactively address them
  • Monitor and review all business activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure the organization remains in compliance
  • Conduct training and education sessions for employees on compliance topics and policies
  • Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries and requests for information
  • Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or incidents that may arise
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management and regulatory agencies as required
  • Participate in compliance committee meetings and provide updates on current and emerging compliance issues
  • Review and approve marketing materials, contracts, and other documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or A Related Field Within The Real Estate Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including Sec And Finra Requirements

  • Experience With Compliance Monitoring And Testing, As Well As Developing And Implementing Compliance Policies And Procedures

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Compliance Issues And Risks.
