- Lead the identification and execution of investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector for PGIM Real Estate.
- Conduct thorough market research and due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and senior leadership to develop investment strategies and make informed decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients and industry professionals.
- Provide exceptional client service by understanding their needs and delivering successful investment outcomes.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk.
- Prepare and present investment proposals and reports to senior management and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth investment process.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Represent PGIM Real Estate at industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Infrastructure Investment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Infrastructure Investments And Related Sectors, Including Transportation, Energy, And Utilities. They Should Also Have A Solid Understanding Of Financial Modelling, Risk Analysis, And Due Diligence Processes Related To Infrastructure Investments.
Relevant Education And Experience: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For A Senior Associate Position In Infrastructure Investment. In Addition, Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Relevant Work Experience In Infrastructure Investment, Either In A Real Estate Investment Firm, Infrastructure Fund, Or Similar Organization.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Senior Associates In Infrastructure Investment Are Responsible For Evaluating Potential Investments, Conducting Market Research, And Performing Financial Analysis. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Assess Complex Data And Make Informed Investment Decisions. They Should Also Have The Ability To Think Critically And Solve Problems Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Associate, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Team Members, Investors, And External Stakeholders. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential For Presenting Investment Proposals, Building Relationships, And Negotiating Deals. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Work Well In A Team And Adapt To Changing Market Conditions.
