  1. Develop and implement asset management strategies for a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends, property performance, and financial data to identify opportunities for value creation and risk mitigation.
  3. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tenant relations.
  4. Negotiate and manage lease agreements, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for the company.
  5. Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects to maintain and enhance property value.
  6. Collaborate with various internal teams, including acquisitions, finance, and legal, to support overall business objectives.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, vendors, and partners.
  8. Develop and maintain annual business plans and budgets for assigned assets.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on property performance and any potential risks or opportunities.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in asset management and apply knowledge to enhance processes and strategies.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Real Estate Investment: A Senior Asset Manager At Pgim Real Estate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Real Estate Investment, With A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large And Complex Portfolios.

  • Strong Financial And Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial And Analytical Principles Related To Real Estate Investment, Including Asset Valuation, Risk Assessment, And Financial Modeling.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage Teams And Communicate With Stakeholders, Including Investors And Clients.

  • Knowledge Of Market Trends And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Local And Global Real Estate Market Trends, As Well As Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Related To Real Estate Investment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Portfolio Optimization And Performance: A Successful Senior Asset Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Optimizing Portfolio Performance, Maximizing Returns, And Managing Risks In A Dynamic Market Environment. This Should Be Demonstrated Through Past Achievements And References.
