Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies for real estate investments.
- Monitor and assess risks associated with real estate investments, both current and potential.
- Identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Analyze and interpret financial and market data to assess risks associated with real estate investments.
- Develop and maintain a database of risk information.
- Assist in developing and coordinating the implementation of policies and procedures designed to reduce risk.
- Prepare and present reports on risk management activities to senior management.
- Maintain and monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to real estate investments.
- Provide advice and guidance on risk management and compliance issues.
- Keep abreast of changes in the real estate industry and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate potential risks.
