Risk Analyst

At PGIM Real Estate, we're looking for a Risk Analyst to join our team and help drive our risk management strategy. This role is perfect for an experienced, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about taking on challenging initiatives and managing risk. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or economics, as well as 3-5 years of experience in risk management, analytics, and financial modeling. An ideal candidate will also demonstrate a thorough understanding of real estate investments, risk management tools, and processes. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with real estate investments.
2. Analyze and interpret financial data, as well as create financial models to identify and assess operational risks.
3. Monitor and analyze investment performance to identify areas of potential risk.
4. Develop and implement procedures and policies to ensure compliance with risk management guidelines and regulations.
5. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and assess current and potential risks.
6. Prepare regular reports on risk management activities, and present findings to senior management.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in risk management.
8. Provide guidance and support to the team on risk management processes and procedures.
