Job Description

At PGIM Real Estate, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Risk Analyst to ensure the safety of our investments and identify any potential risks associated with our real estate investments. The successful candidate will need to have a passion for data analysis, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to think strategically and recommend solutions.We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field as well a minimum of three years of experience in real estate risk analysis. The ideal candidate should also have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.If you have a passion for real estate and believe you have the necessary qualifications, we invite you to join our team and take part in our mission to ensure the success and safety of our investments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify potential risks associated with real estate investments.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of investments.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market and identify areas of potential risk.
  4. Utilize advanced problem solving methods to identify and address potential risks.
  5. Monitor changes in the real estate market and recommend solutions.
  6. Remain current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
  7. Develop strategies to mitigate and manage risks.
  8. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate risk findings.
  9. Provide recommendations on best practices and risk management strategies.
  10. Assist in training and educating staff on risk management processes.
