Real Estate Investment Analyst

At PGIM Real Estate, we are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Investment Analyst who can effectively analyze and evaluate real estate investment opportunities. We are looking for a motivated team member who can help us build and grow our portfolio, and who is passionate about the real estate industry.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a similar position. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or real estate is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate should be highly analytical and have strong financial modeling skills. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
