It is essential that the candidate has an in-depth understanding of the real estate industry and is passionate about the field. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; experience in the real estate industry; a proven ability to use financial modeling and analysis; strong communication skills; and excellent organizational skills.
