  1. Manage institutional portfolios: The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage institutional portfolios for PGIM Real Estate. This includes analyzing and evaluating investment opportunities, making strategic decisions, and monitoring portfolio performance.
  2. Utilize quantitative solutions: The Institutional Portfolio Manager will be expected to have a deep understanding of quantitative solutions and utilize them to make data-driven investment decisions. This could include financial modeling, risk analysis, and forecasting.
  3. Drive investment decisions: The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving investment decisions for our institutional clients. This will involve identifying and recommending investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  4. Conduct market research: As an expert in the real estate investment management field, the Institutional Portfolio Manager will be responsible for conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. This information will be used to inform investment strategies and decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain client relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients is crucial for success in this role. The Institutional Portfolio Manager will be responsible for communicating with clients, addressing any concerns or questions, and providing regular updates on portfolio performance.
  6. Monitor portfolio performance: It will be the responsibility of the Institutional Portfolio Manager to closely monitor portfolio performance and make adjustments as needed. This could involve implementing risk management strategies, optimizing asset allocation, and making recommendations for portfolio rebalancing.
  7. Collaborate with team members: The Institutional Portfolio Manager will work closely with other team members, including investment analysts and research associates, to evaluate investment opportunities and develop strategies. Collaboration and teamwork are essential for success in this role.
  8. Stay compliant with regulations: The real estate investment management industry is heavily regulated, and it will be the responsibility of the Institutional Portfolio Manager to stay updated on all relevant regulations and ensure compliance with them.
  9. Continuously improve processes: As a highly analytical and results-driven individual, the Institutional Portfolio Manager will be expected to continuously assess and improve processes to increase efficiency

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Finance Or Economics: A Strong Educational Background In Finance Or Economics Is Essential For A Quantitative Solutions - Institutional Portfolio Manager. This Includes A Master's Degree Or Higher In A Relevant Field.

  • Extensive Experience In Portfolio Management: Candidates Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Portfolio Management, Particularly In The Institutional Real Estate Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Portfolios.

  • Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills: As The Title Suggests, This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Quantitative Analysis And Its Applications In Portfolio Management. Candidates Should Have A Strong Background In Statistics, Financial Modeling, And Risk Management.

  • Knowledge Of Institutional Real Estate Markets: In Addition To A Strong Quantitative Skill Set, Candidates Should Also Possess Knowledge Of The Institutional Real Estate Market And Its Trends. This Includes An Understanding Of Different Property Types, Market Cycles, And Investment Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Quantitative Solutions - Institutional Portfolio Manager Requires Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members, Clients, And Other Stakeholders. Candidates Should Be Able To Clearly Articulate Complex Quantitative Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
