- Develop and implement quantitative models and strategies to manage institutional portfolios.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to inform investment decisions.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and data analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute investment strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide them with regular updates on portfolio performance.
- Conduct market research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.

Advanced Degree In Finance Or Economics: A Strong Background In Quantitative Finance Or Economics Is Necessary For Success In This Role, As It Involves Developing And Implementing Complex Investment Strategies.
Extensive Experience In Portfolio Management: The Ideal Candidate Will Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Portfolio Management, Preferably In The Institutional Real Estate Investing Space.
Strong Analytical And Modeling Skills: The Ability To Analyze Large Data Sets And Create Financial Models Is Crucial For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Statistical Analysis, Risk Management, And Portfolio Optimization.
Knowledge Of Real Estate Markets: A Solid Understanding Of The Real Estate Market, Including Key Trends And Drivers, Is Essential For Making Informed Investment Decisions. Candidates Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Knowledge Of The Industry And How It Relates To Portfolio Management.
