  1. Develop and maintain data pipelines to support portfolio management processes.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for data analysis and reporting.
  4. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to process and analyze large datasets.
  5. Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data cleansing and validation processes.
  6. Monitor and optimize data performance to ensure timely delivery of insights to clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering and incorporate them into our processes.
  8. Work closely with the portfolio management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance data-driven decision making.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on data projects.
  10. Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues in a timely manner.
  11. Maintain documentation of data processes and procedures for future reference.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of data systems.
  13. Attend industry events and conferences to expand knowledge and network with other data professionals.
  14. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on data engineering best practices.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Engineering, Preferably In The Real Estate Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Database Management, Data Warehousing, And Data Modeling.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Data Solutions.
