- Manage loan servicing operations for a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
- Conduct financial analysis to ensure accurate and timely loan servicing.
- Monitor loan performance and identify potential risks or issues.
- Communicate with borrowers and other stakeholders to resolve any loan servicing inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective loan servicing processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized loan documentation and records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of loan servicing policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to loan servicing.
- Provide support and assistance in audits and regulatory examinations.
- Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline loan servicing processes.
- Train and mentor junior analysts as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and senior management.
- Work collaboratively with the risk management team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Continuously learn and develop skills in loan servicing, risk management, and financial analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing.
Strong Understanding Of Loan Documents, Financial Analysis, And Loan Servicing Systems.
Excellent Communication And Analytical Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
