  1. Conduct thorough analysis of potential real estate investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and risk assessment.
  2. Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate and underwrite potential loans for the Agency Lending portfolio.
  3. Perform due diligence on potential investments, including property inspections, financial statement analysis, and property valuation.
  4. Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments, identifying potential risks and opportunities for enhancement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners in the real estate industry.
  7. Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to inform investment decisions.
  8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and portfolio optimization.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and senior management to provide updates on investment activities and performance.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all investment transactions and related documentation.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines in regards to real estate investments.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the real estate finance industry.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within PGIM Real Estate to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies.
  14. Represent PGIM Real Estate in a professional and knowledgeable manner at industry events and conferences.
  15. Uphold PGIM Real Estate's values and standards of excellence in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Real Estate, Or Business Administration. A Higher Degree, Such As A Master's In Real Estate, Will Be Preferred.

  • Strong Analytical And Financial Modeling Skills: As An Investment Analyst, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Financial And Real Estate Modeling. They Should Be Able To Analyze Data And Make Informed Decisions Based On Their Findings.

  • Knowledge Of Agency Lending Programs: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Agency Lending Programs Such As Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, And Hud. They Should Be Able To Navigate These Programs And Make Recommendations For The Company's Real Estate Investments.

  • Experience In Real Estate Investment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Real Estate Investment Industry. This Includes Experience In Underwriting, Due Diligence, And Financial Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Investment Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Required To Interact With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
